Alli is a movement artist and educator in practice for over 20 years. Her training spans the art and performance of theater and dance as well as scholarship and practice of accessible arts education. Alli’s teaching experience spans kindergarten through college aged students. Museum work, Dia:Beacon education workshops (2017), Decordova Museum and Sculpture Park (Summer Solstice 2019). Trained through the People’s Institute for Survival and Beyond with Urban Bush Women, she is committed to the practices of undoing racism in all spaces. Other credits include devising and touring under the mentorship of Liz Lerman and Healing Wars (2012). Punchdrunk’s Sleep No More, where she originated the role of Lady Macduff  (2009-2011) U.S.premiere/American Repertory Theater/Emursive's NYC production.  Ross is an Associate Professor of Theater at The Boston Conservatory at Berklee where her research and classes over 11 years work at the intersection of somatics, devising and immersive theater. Currently, Alli is an artist in residence at Mass MoCA.
